However, the possibilities to activate additional functions as for example PTO (Power Take Off) control of speed limitation do often
not exist or are strongly limited.

The VDO Pedal Interface I offers a simple and cost-effective solution to adjust serial engines to individual application.

The system consists of an electronic controller which is mounted between the pedal unit and the engine control unit. If required, the position signals can be changed, so that the desired additional functions can be activated. Modifying the hard- and software of the vehicles electronic engine management system can thus be avoided.

Possible applications:
Trucks up to 7,5t, conversion vehicles, vans, passenger cars
Road speed limitation (e.g. courier services, fleet vehicles, etc ...)
PTO (e.g. forklifts, auxiliary hydraulic aggregates ...)

The VDO Pedal Interface I is universally applicable. Trained and authorised personnel adjust it to the respective application via appropriate software.
